Shipping & Returns Policy
Local Pick Up
Location: Dublin, Ohio. Customers are welcome to do a porch pick up. You will be notified when your order is ready for porch pick up with additional information. All pick-ups must be scheduled in advance and mutually agreed upon.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2 business days. A shipment confirmation email will be sent notifying you of the shipment date including tracking information. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders: A pre-order is an advance purchase of an item before it is available for shipment. By pre-ordering, you reserve the item in your size. Payment is required at the time of the pre-order, and delivery will occur once the item is received at our boutique. Estimated shipment dates are provided by the supplier and may shift.
If you are ordering multiple items, the pre-ordered items will be shipped separately upon arrival. Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled and are subject to our normal return policy.
Return Policy
Salt and Lavender Clothing LLC accepts returns on regularly priced items only, within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returns will be issued as store credit only—no refunds will be given.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached—free of perfume, makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains. Items must be in resellable condition. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns outside the 14-day window.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@saltandlavenderclothing.com and include:
- Order number
- Name
- Items being returned
- Reason for return
Once a return is authorized, you may return your items via a shipping carrier of your choice at your own expense.
If you picked up your order locally, you may return the items to the pickup location by scheduling a mutually agreed-upon drop-off time in advance.
Deadline: All authorized returns must be received no later than 10 days from the authorization date. Be sure to plan 5–10 days for transit time. If the items are received after 10 days from your return authorization date, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
If the items returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, your return will be rejected and we reserve the right to send the items back to you; the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the customer does not pay for return shipping within 14 days of Salt and Lavender Clothing LLC communicating return shipping options, items will be considered a forfeit.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes—but is not limited to—flash sales, coupon codes, marked-down items, and any purchase made during a sale or with a discount code.
Salt and Lavender Clothing LLC does not offer returns for the following items: seasonal holiday items; accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, hair items); swimwear; bramis; intimates; bodysuits; hats; and eGift cards.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
No Refunds on Shipping: Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All returns will be issued as store credit for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Salt and Lavender Clothing LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered”. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to settle a claim or track the package.
Address Accuracy: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time; please refer to the return policy. Customers may place a new order if the item is still available.
Damage / Defective Apparel
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Salt and Lavender Clothing LLC will work with you to identify a solution.
