Do SLC Society points expire?
Points earned or issued through the SLC Society Rewards Program do not expire — they’ll stay in your account forever! 🎉 You can continue earning and saving points at your own pace, then redeem them anytime through the rewards widget at the bottom of our website.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your Salt & Lavender Clothing account and open the SLC Society Rewards widget (bottom right corner). Your current points balance will display there.
Can I earn points when I shop at local events?
Yes! You’ll earn SLC Society points for in-person purchases made at our pop-ups and markets throughout Dublin, Powell, and the Northwest Columbus area. Simply use the same email linked to your Salt & Lavender Clothing account when checking out at our event booth — your points will sync automatically.
When are my points awarded?
Points are automatically added when you complete a qualifying action — such as placing an order, following us on social media, or celebrating your birthday. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when completing these actions so your points register correctly.
Can I earn points on sale items or gift cards?
Typically, yes — unless otherwise stated. Some promotions, discounted or clearance items, or gift card purchases may be excluded from earning points. Always check the terms during special events or sales.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough points, open the SLC Society Rewards widget on our website. You can convert points into a discount code and apply it at checkout instantly.
Can points be transferred or exchanged for cash?
No — points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Only the account holder may redeem them through the Salt & Lavender Clothing website.
What happens if I return an order I used points on?
If an order is returned, the points discount and any points earned from that purchase may be reversed or adjusted accordingly.
What are the SLC Society Rewards Terms & Conditions?
Points, rewards, and discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable. They may only be redeemed through the Salt & Lavender Clothing website by the account holder.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or order cancellations.
Salt & Lavender Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the rewards program at any time without prior notice.
