We offer both shipping nationwide and local pickup.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically packed within 24 hours and shipped via USPS, excluding weekends, holidays, or announced shop breaks. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Local Pickup
How does local pickup work at Salt & Lavender Clothing?
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive an email with the subject line “Order is Ready for Pick-Up”. The email includes instructions to schedule your pickup. Orders are only placed in the designated pickup bin on the day of your scheduled pickup. To schedule, reply to info@saltandlavenderclothing.com with your preferred pickup date. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email. Please note: We aren’t always available on short notice—advance notice is appreciated.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are generally ready within 24 hours of purchase and can usually be made available in that timeframe.
Where is the pickup location?
Local pickup is available in the Muirfield area of Dublin, Ohio. Exact pickup instructions are provided by email once your order is ready and your pickup date is confirmed.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Regularly priced items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return policy requirements. Sale items are not eligible for return. Please see our full policy for important information here.
