eGift Card Terms and FAQs

eGift Card Format

Our eGift cards come as unique digital codes, delivered straight to your email. Please note, we don’t offer physical or plastic eGift cards at this time.

Expiration

No need to rush—our eGift cards never expire. Treat yourself (or someone special) whenever you’re ready.

Redemption Process

Redeeming your eGift card is easy: enter the unique code at checkout on our website and the value will be applied to your order total, including taxes and shipping.

Tax on eGift Cards

eGift card purchases are not taxed, but when you use an eGift card for an order, taxes and shipping fees are calculated as usual based on the order total.

Partial Redemptions & Remaining Balance

If you don’t use the full value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use. You can check the balance after entering the code at checkout.

Multiple eGift Cards

You can apply more than one eGift card to an order. Just make sure the combined total doesn’t exceed the order amount.

Refunds

  • eGift Cards: All eGift card purchases are final, so please double-check your order before completing it.
  • Orders Made with eGift Cards: If you return an item purchased with an eGift card, the refund will be credited back to your eGift card balance.

eGift Cards & Discounts

Sales pricing, promotions, and discount codes can’t be used to purchase eGift cards. Any eligible discounts apply when you use an eGift card to place an order.

eGift Card Limitations

eGift cards are non-transferable between accounts and can’t be combined with other purchases in a single order.

Lost eGift Cards

If you lose your code, you can request the eGift card email be resent from your account’s Orders panel.

Gifting eGift Cards

eGift cards must be purchased before they can be gifted. While you can’t customize or schedule the email delivery time, you can send it directly to the recipient—or to yourself to forward later.
